Biographical Notes: Dr. Parvinder Singh is presently working as Professor in Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal, Sonepat. He is Professor Incharge Security at DCRUST MURTHAL. He has administrative experience of Dean, Faculty of IT and CS and Chairperson, CSED at DCRUST, MURTHAL. He is presently working on joint project with Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. He is also associated with University of Deusto, Spain. His research area is Information Security and Image Processing. He has published more than 150 papers in international journals and conferences. He is on editorial board of various international journals and organizing/technical member of more than 50 international conferences. His name was included in top 100 engineers of 2012 by Cambridge, England.
