Participants from Bulgaria make the bank transfer in Bulgarian lev (BGN), equivallent to the amount of EURO for the fee applicable to you, to the bank account in BGN.


Participants outside Bulgaria (excluding China) make the bank transfer in EURO (EUR) to the bank account in EUR.


When you transfer, you must indicate: workshop name + paper ID number + your names (like NAMSP2023 Paper 55 John Doe). After you've completed bank transfer, please sign NAMSP2023 + your paper number + names on the Return Receipt, then scan it or take a photo and send the file to namsp2023@gmail.com.


If you need a pro-forma invoice prior to make the bank transfer, please, send all necessary data of your institution and any additional information you would like to have in it (reason for payment, payer, etc.) to namsp2023@gmail.com and we will send the scanned pro-forma back to you by e-mail. Once the fee is received, we will send you scanned copy of the original invoice to the same e-mail address. Coming at the workshop, you could have the invoice in paper.
